PokerBaazi, owned and operated by GetZapped Technologies Limited (hereinafter referred to as “GetZapped”, , “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) shall not provide, distribute, trade, sell or rent your name, e-mail address or other personal information provided on the Platform to any third party or information related to your usage of the Platform, except as provided in this Privacy Policy. Information Gathered

To avail the Services offered on the Platform, apart from your username, password and email address, you may also have to provide certain additional information. You have the option of not providing such additional information asked by the Platform or to withdraw such additional information or data so provided subsequently as per the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the Terms.

The personal information that We collect may include your name, email address, residential address, contact details, nationality, and date of birth and any other profile information that You may choose to provide during registration or through surveys which We, or third-parties engaged by Us for such purpose, may undertake.
We reserve the right to conduct Your User identity verification as may be required from time to time at any stage as required under Applicable Laws or as deemed appropriate by Us in Our sole discretion. In cases where We or Applicable Laws require User identity verification, Users may be required to submit documents which may include but not be limited to proof of identity, proof of address, tax identification, and a selfie image through our automated system.
We will conduct additional User identity verification process for any User who is eligible to receive Rewards on the basis of the leaderboard at the end of a free-to-play tournament, prior to the User redeeming such Rewards from the Reward Store available on the Platform. Users may also be required to provide additional documents depending on the jurisdiction or territory from where the User is accessing the Platform which may be their Permanent Account Number (PAN) for Indian Users as proof of tax identification.
We also collect information pertaining to your activity across other companies’ apps and websites, this helps Us improve the quality of Our service, understand Our User base more and provide a personalized experience for You.
When You visit the Platform, certain information may also be automatically collected and stored, including the IP address of Your computer/ device, browser type and language, the date and the time during which You accessed the Platform and/or the address of the website which You may have used to link to the Platform [We do not log e-mail addresses of the Website visitors.]
We also collect details/information related to the manner You use and interact on Our Platform as well as with any other user of the Platform.
Furthermore, We also reserve the right to collect information in any manner, relating to Your gameplay/account activity and utilise any method to detect the usage of any third-party services/systems/applications used by You when playing on/using Our Platform, in order to detect any suspicious activities on Our Platform and/or violation of any Platform Policies.

However, if You do not wish to share such information or data initially or subsequently decide to withdraw the information or data so already shared You may do so by requesting the same in writing to grievance.officer@pokerbaazi.net. GetZapped shall have the liberty to withhold access to the Platform and You shall not be entitled to raise any objection in this regard.

How GetZapped Collects Information

We collect personal information from visitors to the Platform using online forms, and every time You e-mail Us Your details.
Cookies: When You visit the Platform, cookies may be stored in Your computer. A cookie is a small text file that uniquely identifies Your browser. The cookies assigned by the servers of GetZapped may be used to personalize Your experience on the Platform. The personal data of existing PokerBaazi users, currently held by Baazi Networks Private Limited, shall be processed by the Platform, an affiliate and/or group entity of Baazi Networks Private Limited, only upon obtaining explicit, informed, and verifiable consent from such users, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Creating and managing User Accounts and records.
Administering User accounts.
Providing and personalizing Our services.
Providing You the facility of reaching out to Your friends and family who are also registered with the Platform.
Addressing and dealing with Your enquiries and requests.
Notifying You about updates to Our Platform software and/or services.
Ensuring We are able to fulfil Our regulatory and legal responsibilities by verifying the accuracy of any information You give Us.
For handling disputes, enforcing the Platform Policies or protecting Our legal rights;

You acknowledge that the data which is transmitted over the Internet is intrinsically exposed to security risks or threats. GetZapped is not responsible for any activity which is undertaken when Your password is used. We advise You not to disclose Your password to anyone. The Platform may contain links to other third-party websites. Such third-party websites are governed by their own privacy policies and GetZapped does not exercise any control over them. By accessing the Platform and agreeing to this Policy, the User hereby provides explicit consent to the Platform for disclosure of User information by the Platform to:

The services provided by GetZapped are not intended for or directed to minors. All users are mandated to provide current, accurate and valid documentation for their age proof, indicating their age is of legal consent in their jurisdiction. We reserve the right to access and verify any personal information submitted by or collected from You. In the unfortunate event of finding any data discrepancies related to age, the Platform reserves the rights to deactivate the player profile at its sole discretion and without prior notice and eliminate the information from Our records.

Rewards

The distribution of Rewards as defined under the Terms and cash-outs are kept strictly confidential. All this information is stored in a secure operating environment. The only caveat surpassing the confidentiality policy is the requirement of the information by law, regulation or any government or competent regulatory authority.

Consent

By creating an Account on the Platform or accessing the services offered on the Platform it is understood that You have given Your consent to the collection and use of information provided by You to GetZapped and its partners and affiliates.

We may use third-party electronic payment processors and/or financial institutions ('ESPs') to process transactions solely for payouts of any monetary Rewards as detailed in the Terms. By allowing access to Your phone contacts, it is understood that You are consenting to Us helping You to reach out to Your friends/contacts who play on the Platform.

By allowing GetZapped to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites, You will help improve the quality of Our service, understand Our user base more and provide a personalized experience for You.

Withdrawal of Consent

You have the right to revoke Your consent to the collection, processing, and use of Your personal data by the Platform at any time by sending a request to Us on grievance.officer@pokerbaazi.net.

Upon receipt of Your revocation request, We shall acknowledge the request within 30 (thirty) Business Days and cease processing Your personal data unless required to retain it under Applicable Laws. Personal data may be retained for Our compliance with Applicable Laws, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection against legal claims. Once no longer required for such purposes, the data shall be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with industry standards and Applicable Laws.
